READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE

The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about
Art House Greetings Inc (the "Company"), our products, the marketing campaigns
that we support and the activities we undertake, and Art House Greetings
business opportunities. In addition, you may be able to communicate with an Art
House Greetings Consultant through the Site for the purposes of placing an
order.

Product and Service Availability
|
|
Inventory information is generally available on the Site for
domestic (U.S.) merchandise. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed
as "In stock" will ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from
day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order,
and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is
marked "In stock" in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out
at the time your order is processed, your Consultant will notify you by phone
or e-mail that the item is not in stock and you will not be charged for the
item.

Colors |
|
At Art House Greetings we try to display the colors of our
products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see
may depend on a number of factors, including the resolution of your monitor. As
a result, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be
accurate. |

Backorders (out of stock)
|
|
Backordered merchandise includes items that
are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our
manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or
waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers. Art House
Greetings will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as
possible. Your Consultant will keep you updated on the status of the item. If
for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we
will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email. We will not
charge your credit card until the item ships. Therefore, your credit card needs
no adjustment upon order cancellation.

Our Guarantee
|
|
At Art House Greetings we want our customers to be 100% happy with
their purchases. Should you not be completely satisfied, please contact us
within 30 (thirty) days of purchase and we will provide you with an exchange or
issue a full refund.

|
Returns |
|
You may return any of our products within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, with
your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the
purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged
or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full
refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Product Orders |
|
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE
SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or
reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product
or service is presently available. In the event a product or service is listed
at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing
information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the
incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card
has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount charged to it.

Credit Card Security

Credit card transactions through https://www.ahgstore.com/signin
shopping cart are secured by an online Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a
credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is
authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to
our merchant banking account for processing. Only designated and identified Art
House Greetings customer service representatives have access to complete card
numbers. For your security, we do not include your credit card information in
any e-mails or any other correspondence related to customer purchases. |

Payment |
|
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or
services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your
credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us plus any
costs incurred in collecting same. You shall also be responsible for any costs
of collection of overdue payment. |

Sales Tax |
|
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products
shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate.
Currently, we sell in all fifty states. The appropriate amount of Sales Tax for
your State (if any) will be automatically added to your account. |

Username-Password |
|
If you wish to cancel a username or password, or if you become
aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of a username or password, please
notify us immediately. We reserve the right to delete or change any username or
password at any time and for any reason. |
